Do all bookings include additional benefits?
No. Benefits depend on the hotel, rate and booking conditions. I’ll explain what applies to the reservation I’m proposing. Upgrades, where offered, are subject to the applicable conditions and availability.
Will the rate be lower than booking direct?
I can’t promise that. I’ll help you compare the total cost, inclusions and conditions so you can decide whether the option suits your stay.
How do payment and cancellation work?
The arrangements depend on the particular hotel and rate. I’ll explain the payment schedule and cancellation terms before you confirm, then guide you through the appropriate authorised payment process.
Can you help if I’ve already booked?
Tell me about your existing reservation before making any changes. I’ll check whether I can assist. Please don’t cancel a booking in anticipation of an alternative being available.
